John P. Raeder, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of talentReef, a Human Capital Management Software as a Service (SaaS) Company he acquired with Frontier Capital in November, 2012. John is a 25 year veteran in the software/SaaS industry and Oracle veteran. Before acquiring talentReef, John was the Founder and CEO of IQNavigator, the market-leading contingent workforce management software company. From 1999-2009, he successfully scaled IQN into the global market leader, reaching a 40-fold increase in profitable revenues, deploying the software into 70+ countries, and successfully exiting the business for $143M to a Tier 1 Private equity firm in 2008. Raeder is also the Founder and CEO of Raeder Venture Fund, launching the Fund in 1996.
