John Sinatra

John R. Sinatra is the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director of VSS, having joined VSS in 1996. Mr. Sinatra supports VSS’s private investment activities by participating in accounting, tax planning, structuring issues and technical due diligence. He serves on the boards of Access Intelligence and Southern Theatres. He previously was a director of Yellow Book USA, Solucient and Hanley Wood. Mr. Sinatra oversees all VSS financial functions including accounting and controls, budgeting, risk management and tax planning. Previously, Mr. Sinatra served as Controller at James D. Wolfensohn Inc., a broker-dealer specializing in investment banking services, and was a Senior Manager at Spicer & Oppenheim, an international accounting firm. Mr. Sinatra graduated cum laude from Baruch College with a BBA in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
