Nearly 50 years of experience as broad based media, information and educational publishing industries senior executive, with over 25 years of experience as private capital investor and fund management company General Partner. Recently retired after 32 years with VSS (Veronis Suhler Stevenson). Initially a publishing related direct marketing consultant, then an operating publishing executive at Psychology Today / CRM, then CBS Publications then CBS Publishing Group, then at VSS a specialized media M&A professional with many hundreds of buying and selling transactions. Then for 20 years at VSS both M&A and private equity buyout fund management and from '04 til retirement pure private transaction fund capital raising, deal development, due diligence, investment committee oversight of over 60 portfolio companies and over 300 add-on acquisitions.
