Jon Jacoby is a vice chairman of The Stephens Group, LLC. He specializes in the creation of imaginative financial structures that accommodate the needs of all parties to a transaction as the basis of an ongoing partnership dedicated to value creation. Previously, as part of the combined Stephens family organization for 43 years, he served as assistant to the president, vice president and head of Corporate Finance; executive vice president; head of Special Investments; chief financial officer; a member of the Executive Committee; and vice chairman of the board.
