Jon Lindberg

Jon Lindberg originates, underwrites and monitors unitranche, second lien and mezzanine debt and minority equity investments. He covers private equity sponsors and intermediaries in the Midwest, Northern California, Canada, and Pacific Northwest. His background includes Merrill Lynch Capital in Corporate Finance, Ernst & Young in Transaction Services, and Deloitte & Touche in Audit Services. Mr. Lindberg is currently involved with American Capital investments Soil Safe Holdings, Tyden Group, and Wausau Financial Systems and formerly involved with Phillips & Temro Industries, National Processing Company, and Montana Silversmiths. Jon graduated in 1995 with Honors from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, CFA Institute of Chicago, and the Chicago Association of Private Equity Executives.
