Prior to BSI, Jonathan Costello was a Director with Safeguard International Fund, L.P., a $300 million middle market private equity fund focusing on industrial based technology companies. Mr. Costello was responsible for all aspects of the investing business including deal sourcing, due diligence, deal negotiation, debt financing and portfolio company development.
