José Manuel Anderson is a Colombian-born entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and business development leader. Known in the entertainment world as the “TikTok Terminator,” he rose to prominence in 2020 by founding Newman ETAPs, a management firm that signed 67 creators and drove $101 million in contracts before its $28 million sale to Endeavor, where he became Global Client Partner. He went on to create NewSwing Academies Global, which in 2025 was acquired by VCH Enterprises, the Vaughn family’s holding company founded in 1984, where Anderson now serves as Partner Emeritus. Anderson was already a dominant force in construction before his ventures in entertainment, particularly in roofing. Now, he’s returned with even broader ambitions, bringing his leadership, vision, and drive to new areas across the industry.
