Jos joined Ethos in 2006 and has been involved in the evaluation and execution of numerous investments. His involvement in successful transactions includes the acquisition of Busby. He currently serves on the board of Waco and, recently led the exit of Plumblink. Jos was promoted to specialist position of Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Prior to joining Ethos, he worked for Fieldstone, an international energy-focused investment bank, as a Vice President, including three years in their New York offices, where he successfully concluded various mergers and acquisitions, LBO and Project Finance transactions. He was also involved in the successful implementation of a number of energy-related developmental projects in both South Africa and the rest of the African continent. Other relevant work experience includes the successful integration of a number of transactions for Anglo American Corporation as part of their Corporate Finance team.
