Jose has 30 years leadership experience in a variety of professional and entrepreneurial roles, and has owned and operated several small businesses, worked and consulted with small, mid-size and Fortune 100 multi-billion dollar companies. Jose grew up in Southern California and earned a B.S. in Management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management where he studied under Peter Senge, author of the Fifth Discipline; and a B.S. Chemical Engineering. Jose’s passion for life-long learning and interest in the thought leadership of Peter Drucker led Jose to Claremont Graduate University, Peter F. Drucker School of Management, where he earned a Masters in Management with a concentration in Strategy & Leadership.
