Dr. Joseph Franceschi has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. His experience spans business development, project development, conceptual process design, design engineering, project management, construction management and plant operations for all categories of energy generation, including coal, gas, oil, nuclear, bio-fuels and alternate technologies. Currently, Mr. Franceschi provides oversight of Universal Lubricants re-refinery operations and strategic business initiatives, a Pegasus portfolio company. Prior to Pegasus, Dr. Franceschi was Vice President of Business Development for Changing World Technologies, Inc., a bio-fuels production company. Dr. Franceschi also spent eight years at KeySpan Business Solutions. Prior to working at KeySpan Business Solutions, Dr. Franceschi held the position of Consulting Engineer for Raytheon Engineers and Constructors (now URS Corporation), where he won the company’s Engineering Excellence Award in 1995.
