Habboushe is a practicing emergency physician in New York City and co-founder & CEO of MDCalc, the leading clinical decision aid website used by over 50% of U.S. physicians monthly. Dr. Habboushe is Assistant Professor at New York University School of Medicine. In his academic field he is known for creating the EMRA Basics of Emergency Medicine series of pocket guides and smart phone apps. Dr. Habboushe received his M.D. from Cornell University, his M.B.A. in Healthcare Finance from Columbia University, where he co-chaired the HCIA during the creation of CBS's Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Program, and his B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Yale University.
