Based in Toronto, I lead DH76 Capital, a private investment firm operating across private equity and private credit in Canada and the United States. My work spans strategic advisory, deal sourcing and structuring capital, advising on and executing acquisitions of cash-flowing mid-market businesses and commercial real estate with durable fundamentals. Alongside direct investments, we design structured credit solutions that give investors disciplined, flexible access to well-underwritten opportunities, with a consistent focus on downside protection and repeatable, risk-adjusted returns.. Over the past 25 years, I’ve advised and consulted for some of the world’s largest companies on business strategy, acquisitions, and capital formation, while also raising capital, engineering capital stacks, structuring debt & equity across operating companies as well as commercial real estate. I am actively involved in acquisitions and asset-level decisions in Big Ben Funds, which owns $400MM+ in asset
