Josh Conklin is Managing Director of Risk Strategies. Prior to this Josh was President of NICG’s Risk Management and Employee Benefits Consulting practice which he led to an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company at #667. He then led to the organization scaling and being Acquired by Risk Strategies 2.5 years later in July 2019. Prior to NICG, Josh led CoAdvantage, scaling the Technology, Benefits consulting practice, and Human Resources platform to a national platform leading to an acquisition by Morgan Stanley. Prior to CoAdvantage, Josh was VP of Sales for ADP Major accounts, with a career spanning 10 years at ADP in multiple leadership roles Josh Made Presidents Club or Board of Directors every year.
