Josh’s career includes a track record of successful product development that starts with staying close to customers in order to better understand their pain points and how drive impactful business results for them. Prior to joining Open Lending, Josh spent seven years at nCino in a series of leadership roles within the Product Development and Engineering organization. During this time, he played a key role in scaling the company from 400 to 2,000 employees, driving seven acquisitions, and expanding the product portfolio from a single product in a single country to six product offerings serving customers in over 15 countries.
