Josh Oeding founded Plow Ventures (formerly Tenzing.vc) in 2021. He is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, and the opportunities they provide for individuals and society. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Wichita-based Emprise Bank. He also serves on the Dean's Advisory Board of the Wichita State University Barton School of Business. He spent 5 years leading NXTUS, working to grow the regional innovation economy in Kansas and Midwest. Between 2008 and 2018 he worked at Koch Industries, where he held various innovation and technology leadership roles during that time. Prior to Koch he spent time in technology investment and business development. Josh earned his degree in entrepreneurship from the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University.
