Joshua has over 15 years of corporate finance experience, advising and assisting on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and general corporate and strategic advice across a myriad of industries. Joshua sits on a number of advisory boards and is a non-executive director of several private companies, offering strategic advice for growth companies. Prior to joining Monash Private Capital, Joshua spent nearly nine years with Investec Bank (Australia) Limited, the majority of which was in the investment Banking team in Sydney with secondments in London and Johannesburg. Joshua also established Investec’s Private Client Corporate Advisory business which focused on relationships with private and mid-market clients. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
