(acquired by Angiodynamics, NASDAQ: ANGO), Allegro Diagnostics, Inc., Pavilion Medical Innovations, Sera Prognostics and Cruzar Medical. He is a Director of Allegro Diagnostics, Hepregen, Pavilion Medical Innovations, Sera Prognostics, Cruzar Medical, Saphena Medical and Kaleidoscope.
