Ms. Keilp joined Palisade Capital in 2000. As Vice President of Compliance, Ms. Keilp works with the Firm's compliance team on Palisade Capital's compliance efforts. Prior to joining Palisade Capital, Ms. Keilp served as counsel to the equity products group of New York Life Insurance Co. and MBL Life Assurance Corporation. Ms. Keilp is a CFPR certificant, a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselorsm and a Certified Securities Compliance ProfessionalR. She received her Juris Doctor and M.B.A. from Seton Hall University. Ms. Keilp is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Washington D.C. bars. She received her B.A. Magna Cum Laude in Economics from St. Peter's University
