Julia is in charge of financial and legal due diligence activities as well as negotiation of term sheets and investment agreements. Julia serves on the board of STAT Diagnostica. Julia has over 20 years of experience in executive positions in the financial sector. From 2000 to 2007, she was Director at Talde, a venture capital group that pioneered venture capital management in Spain, with €140 million under management and 40 portfolio companies. She was responsible for fundraising and investor relations. She led the team that closed a €40 million fund in 2000, and in 2006 she was responsible for raising another fund of €60 million. Julia was in charge of Talde’s biotech investments in Spain. She has been member of the board at 15 portfolio companies, including several biotech companies.
