Julian oversees all legal matters of the company, having joined Jasper in 2014. Before Jasper, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Responsys, where he built out that company’s legal function, helped take it public, and oversaw its acquisition by Oracle Corporation. Julian was also Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at SuccessFactors where he built out that company’s legal function and helped take it public. He also served as Deputy General Counsel at salesforce.com and helped take it public, and was an associate in the Palo Alto office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Julian holds bachelors and masters degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University and received his law degree from UC Berkeley, School of Law. He is also a registered patent attorney and a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
