Koban raised the largest round for a Bolivian startup and is backed by global investors such as Precursor Ventures, FJ Labs and Class5 Global. Previously, Julio co-founded Netcomidas, Bolivia's pioneering online food delivery service app, having started the company in 2015, scaling it and ultimately selling the business to the world's leading local delivery platform Delivery Hero (DHER.DE). Julio then served for 4 years as a Director for PedidosYa Bolivia, achieving a 10000% growth since launch and a clear market leader position. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Julio co-founded SC Angeles, the first and largest angel investment group in Bolivia.
