Justin is an expert on the scientific development and commercial applications of flood risk mapping and modelling. He founded Ambiental in 2002 and led the collaborative development of our leading 2D+ modelling software, Flowroute-i. Alongside a Ph.D. in geographical information systems (GIS), flood science and applied mathematics from the University of Cambridge, Justin has extensive experience in developing high-technology software for insurance risk rating and loss modelling. A regular in the media, Justin’s insights are often sought by both news and current affairs programmes in relation to flood events.
