Justin R. McDonie is the Managing Director of Life Sciences at Signature Bank. He was a former Director at Oxford Finance LLC. Mr. McDonie joined Oxford in 2007 and has underwritten over $250 million of credit to biotechnology and medical device companies. He is currently responsible for originating financings for United States life sciences companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast. In addition, he manages relationships with premier venture capital firms and is a liaison to several of Oxford’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Oxford, he was an analyst at Capital Automotive where he underwrote over $500 million in acquisitions and managed a portion of a $3.7 billion portfolio. Mr. McDonie holds a B.A. in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.
