Justin is a Managing Director in Baird’s Industrial Group. With over 10 years of investment banking experience, he has completed over 30 M&A and financing transactions with an aggregate value of more than $12 billion for a broad range of publicly-traded, sponsor-owned and privately-owned companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Baird in 2003, Justin was with Deutsche Bank Securities for nearly five years where he worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions primarily in the industrial sector. He received his MBA degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and graduated with a BA degree in Economics from Haverford College.
