Part of K5 Ventures, K5 Launch is the first Accelerator in Southern California started in 2010 from the observation that Southern California is vibrant with talent and capital, and yet offers limited support for early stage startups. It is run by successful entrepreneurs and investors who have a passion for building startups. Their goal is to build a vibrant and supportive community for entrepreneurs in Southern California. K5 Ventures invests in seed rounds for technology companies that have gone through previous accelerators or incubators, as well as companies with demonstrated traction for disruptive products.
