K A Srinivasan (KAS) is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for building and managing the financial and accounting infrastructure in order to achieve defined business objectives, operational goals and growth strategies to support Ventureast funds. He is accountable for investor reporting, valuation, audit, compliance, fund accounting, information technology and is actively involved in the designing of internal controls and monitoring process for some of the portfolio companies. KAS has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with multiple verticals - manufacturing, Processing and Services. Prior to joining Ventureast, he set up his own Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) business, and sold it to Aditya Birla group.
