Kai Romberg is co-head of HgCapital’s Munich office and responsible for TMT and Mercury investments in DACH. He sits on HgCapital’s Investment Committee and led several investments, including those in Eucon, STP, P&I and Lumesse, where he is currently a board member. Kai joined HgCapital in 2004 from The Boston Consulting Group.
