Kaitie Donovan first joined North Bridge Growth Equity as an Associate in 2009 and rejoined the team as a Principal in 2013 after receiving her MBA. Kaitie develops investment partnerships with rapidly growing technology and technology-enabled companies, an exciting place to be, given the accelerating pace of innovation in today's economy. Working with the founders and managers of these companies to implement strategic growth initiatives is extremely rewarding. Her areas of special interest and focus include growth equity investments in industries such as healthcare technology, communications and software. Kaitie is also actively involved with SmartPak, a North Bridge investment.
