About
Karl is Managing Director of Storm Technology Limited and has led Storm’s technical, and latterly business, strategy since co-founding the company in 1995. He has gained over 25 years experience in the ICT industry since graduation. His early experience involved working on integrated voice and data terminals while in Nortel, and from then up until co-founding Storm, he has operated as an independent consultant on a wide variety of software projects in the multinational arena. Latterly, he has been pursuing the opportunity presented by semantic web technology as it applies to the productivity of the Information Worker in the enterprise. He holds a degree in Applied Physics from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
