Karsten Guenther

Karsten Guenther is a producer and media executive responsible for cross-platform content strategy and the end-to-end development and release of films, series, and digital formats across TV, streaming, and social platforms. He oversees films, series, and digital programming, guiding projects from early concept and partner acquisition through production and distribution across TV, streaming, and digital platforms. Previously, he held senior roles at Axel Springer SE, where he was involved in building new digital creative units and teams, and most recently served as Head of Creative Content Strategy & Business Development, overseeing cross-platform content strategies and partnerships. He gained international experience in the United States, including work in the development department at Lionsgate Entertainment in Los Angeles and as a Fellow for Axel Springer in Silicon Valley and New York City. He is a graduate of the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF).
