Katherine Barr was a Founding Partner at Wildcat where she focused on investments in workforce automation, consumer platforms, digital marketplaces and retail and e-commerce innovation that leveraged predictive analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and/or robotics to disrupt large markets. From an early age, Katherine was entrepreneurial and inquisitive. Whether it was starting a residential painting company in college or working on a ranch with 80 cowboys, Katherine followed her own path to pursue her dreams. Early in her career, Katherine worked on the Nagano Winter Olympics Committee where she immersed herself in Japanese business culture. It was a training ground for her skills in negotiation, problem solving and team building.
