Her unique skillset as a creative problem solver, transactional advisor, and a nuts-and-bolts financial executive, equips her to help business owners achieve lasting value within their organizations. In addition to being a corporate and M&A attorney, Kathleen was a partner at a $500 million private equity firm where she negotiated and evaluated dozens of acquisitions, and participated in capital-raising and portfolio company management. Through this experience, she brings both the buyer and investor perspective, giving owners of businesses she counsels greater confidence to move forward in a transaction.
