Entrepreneur. In 1994 I came to Taiwan, and I have been working in electronic product development in Taiwan & China ever since. What I have discovered is that to get to market FAST, you need to take time to prevent delays. The most important way to do that is early supplier involvement. In the early years of Titoma I worked with Chinese ODM factories to do the majority of the electronic development, but as hard as we worked, that approach had a lot of problems, No. 1 being that it took ages. When I finally realized that new product development will never be a priority for a factory, we started doing all design of mechanical parts, electronic hardware and firmware in-house.
