Kelle is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Firmwide Strategy's Office of Integration where she is responsible for integrating the firm's strategic M&A by executing program governance, creating new processes and infusing best practice in order to realize the full value of the acquired firm's people, products and processes. She currently leads the global integration program for the recent $1.9B acquisition of NN Investment Partners, a Dutch asset management firm.
