He brings over 20 years of experience in operating, mergers and acquisitions, financing, structuring, and financial engineering of public and private enterprises and investment funds specializing in the resource sector.He was former head of Capital Markets for a subsidiary of Montreal based Power Financial Corporation and most recently former Director, Investment Banking for Toronto-based Investment Dealer M|Partners.
