Prior to joining Sequoia Capital China in 2007, Kelvin worked with Capital Today China Growth and Baring Private Equity Asia, where he contributed to various investments in the consumer, manufacturing, education, healthcare and logistics sectors. Prior to joining private equity, Kelvin worked with J.P. Morgan and ING Barings in their investment banking (M&A) departments.
