Mr. Ken Pastor is General Partner & Co-Founder of CTI Life Sciences Fund ("CTI LSF"). He is responsible for the overall business operations of the Fund. He is also active in the investment side of the Fund focusing primarily on deal structure and public companies. Prior to CTI LSF, Mr. Pastor spent more than 20 years in Investment Banking and Capital Markets at CTI Capital, a boutique brokerage firm, and Merrill Lynch in charge of debt issues.
