Kendall Cooper

Kendall Cooper is the CFO of Allegis Capital. Prior to joining Allegis Capital, Mr. Cooper worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Mayfield Fund. Earlier he served as Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer at Dominion Ventures. His other contributions in the financial services industry include: assisting Sequoia Capital with various projects and Cardinal Venture Capital with fund formation, fund-raising and strategic activities; diligence work for the venture leasing subsidiary of Equitec Financial Group; Emerging Business Services at accounting firm Deloitte; and special projects at Texaco Canada. Mr. Cooper has served on boards of directors of several companies, including Knowlix Corporation (sold to Peregrine Systems), Occupational Health Development Corporation (sold to U.S. Healthworks, Inc.), Spontaneous Technology (sold to Intellisync), Camstar Systems, Inc. and Intesource, Inc. Mr. Cooper holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
