Kenes (Kenges) Rakishev - a prominent entrepreneur and investor, and one of the most influential businessmen in Kazakhstan, according to Forbes magazine, Kenes has served in several top positions in both the private and public sector throughout his career and worked as an advisor for the Kazakhstan Interior Ministry and Department of Education. Kenes is a co-founder of the global venture fund Singulariteam.
