Ketan D. Kothari

Ketan was co-founder of Root-1, Inc., a 2 year-old education technology startup that was acquired by Edmodo in March 2013. As part of the executive team at Edmodo, Ketan overseas consumer business. Prior to that he was also the CEO and co-founder of AlphaSmart, Ketan worked as part of Apple’s staff, where he contributed to the Advancement Council for the School of Engineering & Technology at Brigham Young University. He earned an MBA degree and a BSEE degree from Brigham Young University. Kethan Kothari received an MBA degree in 1989 and a BSEE degree in 1987 from Brigham Young University.
