I am a product innovator with more than 20 years of experience and believe in the power of technology to improve our lives. I decided early on in my career that I wanted to use my skills to make a positive impact. In 2005, I founded MapMyRun with the goal of using technology to motivate people to do what they love. In 2007 it evolved into MapMyFitness (with Robin Thurston & Jeff Kalikstein) and eventually the largest digital fitness community that set the standard for mobile fitness tracking. It is still one of the leading apps in the space today and was acquired by Under Armour in 2013. Recently, I have returned to my roots and have joined the product leadership team at Outside Inc. I’m building a team of product/tech superstars and will be developing some incredible products across our portfolio of 35+ outdoor industry brands.
