Kevin Healey has extensive experience in management of private and listed biotechnology companies having been CEO of Medica, Cytopia and Hunter Immunology. Under his leadership Cytopia progressed from basic preclinical research to a company undertaking Phase II clinical trials. Under his leadership Hunter commenced a Phase IIb clinical trial involving 350 patients over 20 clinical sites. He has overseen the listing of Medica and Cytopia (via a merger) on the ASX and was a director of Alchemia during its listing on the ASX. He has managed mergers, clinical trials and has maintained all companies in a sound financial position. He has a unique combination of a detailed understanding of medical technology with commercial requirements of companies. He has a strong record of communicating with shareholders.
