Kevin Houstoun

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience of working within financial markets technology including Citigroup, HSBC, Thomson Reuters and NYSE. Having helped establish the FIX protocol in Europe, Kevin co-chaired the FPL Global Technical Committee and sat on the FPL Global Steering Committee. Most recently Kevin served as a lead expert on the UK Government’s reporting into “The future of computer based trading”” and currently serves as co-chair of the Towards Common Standards in the Financial Services Industry initiative that was set up by the UK government following this report.
