Mr. Rowden joined Green Park & Golf in August 2012 as Vice President of Portfolio Marketing. Prior to joining Green Park & Golf, Mr. Rowden served as Chief Development Officer for MedicalEdge Healthcare Group, the largest independent physician group in North Texas, which was acquired by Texas Health Resources. Mr. Rowden was responsible for developing new markets, qualifying acquisition opportunities, and serving as principle in negotiations. During his almost 9 years in this role, he obtained a wealth of knowledge in physician practice operations, healthcare planning and strategy, healthcare services income enhancement, and ambulatory surgery center syndication. Mr. Rowden led a department that averaged $50 million annually in mergers and acquisitions from 2006 thru 2010. Prior to joining Texas Health Resources, Mr. Rowden was Vice President with Merritt, Hawkins & Associates, the largest physician staffing firm in the country.
