Khumo Shuenyane is a partner in Delta Partners, with specific focus on the Corporate Finance business. Khumo’s appointment as a partner from 1 September 2016 built on an established relationship with the firm, having served as a member of its Corporate Finance Advisory Board between 2013 and 2016 and partnered the Corporate Finance team on a number of engagements. Khumo has since 2014 served as an independent non-executive director on the boards of various companies and committees in the Investec group of companies, including LSE listed Investec plc and JSE listed Investec Limited and Investec Property Fund Limited. In addition, he is a long standing shareholder and non-executive director of iCapital (Pty) Limited, a financial services and investment group whose holdings include controlling interests in a number of South African short term insurance brokerages.
