Hongil KIM, Managing Director of Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs and Head of D.CAMP, started his first career at Korea Development Bank in 1991. Since then, he has gained a rich experience in foreign financial companies based in Hong Kong including ABN-AMRO Bank, Lehman Brothers Holdings, and Nomura Securities as executive director during a decade. Prior to joining D.CAMP, he served as CEO of Postal Savings and Insurance Development Institute, CEO of Idea Bridge Asset Management, and Executive Vice President of IBK Asset Management until 2017. Hongil KIM has experienced a variety of financial services such as investment banking, asset management and insurance. He is interested in the growth of both companies and financial institutions by providing various financial services to meet the requirements demanded by a start-up.
