For the last 15 years, Kim has been developing and driving radical growth of Software – & ICT service companies in Europe. He joined the venture capital (VC) industry in 2004 working as executive/non-executive chairman for a number of European ICT companies, before he joined Northcap in January 2008. Since then he has closed a number of investment deals, helping these and other ICT companies in the Northcap portfolio develop strategies and grow internationally. He has board experience from more than 20 companies, including Zmags in the current Northcap portfolio. Back in 1997, Kim entered the ICT industry joining Oracle Denmark as a senior executive responsible for the Service operation. As Vice President/COO in SAP Nordic he was the architect and driver behind a successful transformation and was responsible for the Nordic operation.
