King Zhu is a Vice President of Redpoint Ventures where he focuses on digital media and technology related investment opportunities in China. King brings to Redpoint Ventures over 7 years of experience in the wireless industry and a strong track record of leading technology organizations in China. Prior to joining Redpoint’s China office in 2011, King was a software director managing over 100 engineers at Flextronics, a global mobile communication OEM/ODM solution provider. King began his career with Siemens Mobile in its research and development group. King received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chinese Academy of Space Technology and a MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
