Kip Lewis is the President and Owner of Lewis Investments, a Real Estate Investment and Development Company based in Round Rock, Texas. In 1992, at the age of 27 and with a nest egg of $2,000, Kip started his own Real Estate Investment Company, “Lewis Investments.” His first acquisition was a 35 acre RV/MH Community in the La Frontera development area of Round Rock. During his 28 year ownership of the property, Kip developed an Investor owned Private Utility Company and expanded the development to a current 60 acre multiple use endeavor. In the late 90’s, Kip developed 2 new communities in Plugerville and Georgetown with a combined total of 650 sites which he sold to the Nation’s largest MH Real Investment Trust upon completion. In 1997, Kip purchased his new home office on Main Street in Historic Downtown Round Rock.
