Prior to joining BlackPeak Capital, Kiril Ivanov was a Director at Entrea Capital and focused on deal origination and overall management of execution processes across all industry sectors. Kiril has more than 7 years of M&A experience in Bulgaria. Before joining Entrea Capital in 2013, Kiril worked at Raiffeisen Investment, where he was covering the energy sector and was involved in a number of transactions. He was advising both local and foreign investors, including the RWE joint venture with NEK on the construction of NPP Belene, the Contour Global acquisition of TPP Maritsa East III from Enel, the sale of the leading local mobile phones retail chain 2be, and others. Previously, he worked for 2 years at Harrison Trading INC based in Chicago IL, USA, performing fixed income analysis and trading in derivatives and futures instruments.
